Full Planning-

Includes:

-Full vendor management, all contact, scheduling times, booking vendors, payment management at client expense.

-We will be there the day of event to set everything up + one hour coordination included if requested.

-We will personally shop for all party decor at client expense, to bring your vision to life.

-We will help budget, if you have a specific number in mind we are here to make sure we stay at or under that number.

-We will also give our expert opinion for design help - if needed. Need inspiration? Thats what we are here for!

Partial Planning-

Includes:

-Finding vendors and passing information along to the customer. This does NOT include scheduling, pickup, payment management or any contact with vendors.

-We will personally shop for all party decor. However, this service does not include set up. We will meet on a scheduled day for decor drop off.

Please Note that all party decor, food and or vendor services requested are at client expense. This is NOT included in our pricing.

Add Ons:

-full day of coordination at $50 per hour. Examples: Special request, making sure everything runs smooth, timeline, etc.

-Grocery order -price varies based on head count.

-Content package - $50 per hour. Includes: photos and videos sent in a gallery after the event - capturing all memories so you do don’t have to!

-Charcuterie Board or Food Spread add on - price varies

Travel Fee

-Travel outside a 15-mile radius of Azle, Tx will incur an additional fee.
